Cyclinghellas gathers certain types of information about users: personal data (such as surname, name,  e-mail, addresses,  father’s name, birth date, telephone number, category of a race, cycling club, city or town) and aggregated data (such as information about traffic patterns on this site like how many users log in to this site on a daily basis).

Personal data are collected when participants/cyclists/competitors provide information to Cyclinghellas, by signing their participation/registration in a cycling tour / cycling holidays / cycling gateway / sports event / outdoor activity / program. Personal data will also be collected when they purchase trips, rent a bike or other related services.

The usage  of information

We collect these information for administering information requests,  processing orders, announcing athletes participation, event/cycling races results, fulfilling prizes,  providing information services, for reasons of certification of the identity, for the best possible communication or for improving the content of this site. We may use your e-mail address or phone number, to contact you regarding customer service issues or billing matters.  

Non-disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, allow, transmit, distribute or provide your personal data to third parties without your permission. Third parties do not include our affiliates and partners, website hosting partners or other parties who operates this site,  or related services.

Personal data, like father’s name, birth date, telephone numbers and email are exclusively used by Cyclinghellas and never posted or share on the website.
