Hard tail mountain bike: choosing the right size

This choice is the result of multiplying the height of our crotch by 0.226 and thus we arrive at the theoretical value of the frame size we need in inches.1 inch equals 2.54 cm.

If the theoretical value we came up with coincides with two frame sizes then we follow the empirical rule which is characterized by the type of use our bike will have.
- We choose the smallest size if the use we will make is racing and intense.
- We choose the larger size if the use we will be doing is leisurely riding.

Alternatively, you can choose the right size of the frame according to your height with the help of the table below. This table is just a guide, it is not an absolute and refers to the average person. There is always the possibility that the person concerned may have longer limbs than the average for their height.
