Delivery

Our Bike Delivery meet your needs

To make your bike experience easier, we deliver and collect your rental bike to and from your hotel.

Having expert, authorized knowledge in bicycle maintenance and care, our staff will check and tune -up the bikes prior to delivery.

Bikes can be delivered and returned without a transport fee within the area of Larissa Μunicipality.

Transportation prices depend on the distance from Larissa. Up to 10km from Larisa city and 0,30 cents for any additional kilometre.

Delivery areas are the following

The coastline of Pieria, the coastline of Larissa, prefecture of Larissa & Larissa city, Trikala city, Karditsa city.

Bikes customized for you

We supply specific size geometry for adults and kids.
You pick a suitable size which fits best on you!
We set them up to your exact specifications.
You only have to bring, if you like, is your pedals, shoes or your seat!
We check the bikes before each rental.

Υou can indicate whether you want to bring your own saddle and/or pedals and have these fitted onto your rental road bike.

You can indicate If you need extra cycling equipment & bike accessories like a mapholder and a GPS device, bike carriers for your vehicle, panniers or other extras. We have what you need to make your bike touring convenient & successful.

At your disposal are also extra cycling gear and modern clothing of high quality in the finest brands.

Inform us about your cycling ability, the route and terrain conditions and we will advise you on which bike we think would best suit your experience, requirements, and desires.

Bike Rental Terms & Payment

General terms of renting a bicycle

Driver’s minimum age: 8 years ( with parental consent)
Rental duration: minimum rental duration: 1day (24 hours)
Payment policy: the rental of a bicycle is paid by cash before the receipt
Receipt - deliveries: only from the shop “Dalavikasbicycles” after agreement with a fee schedule.
In special occasions, “Cyclinghellas” reserves the right to replace any type of bicycle with another one of the same categories
The terms and the prices can be modified without warning.

Renter’s obligations

The renter must make available to the company his personal identity details, his place of residence before receiving the bicycle.
The renter must check the bicycle before receiving it.
In the case of mechanical malfunction, the renter must immediately notify the leasing company.
The renter shall return the bicycle to the leasing company in the same good condition he/she received it.
The renter must lock the bicycle each time it is left unsupervised.
The renter is wholly responsible for every accident, every damage or theft (partial or total) provoked to the rented bicycle.
The renter pays to the company the amount of the damage regardless of his liability.
The renter explicitly agrees that the company “Cyclinghellas” is not responsible for any damage incurred to the renter, or a third person during the rental period and no claim can be made against the company in case of an accident.

Payment

For bike rentals (over 3 bikes, for more than 3 days), a deposit of 10% of the total rental price is required by bank wire transfer and is taken at the moment of booking. The deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking and it is not refundable. Unless the booking is canceled in the next 2 days.
The full payment is required 30 days prior to the bike delivery.
5 days before Cycling Hellas delivers you the bikes, you should deposit a certain amount of warranty. This amount will be refunded when you deliver the bikes to our company, as long as bikes or equipment are in good contition.
